It's time for the naysayers to wake up... the DA has to make the evidence public and if you don't like the evidence maybe it's because you were expecting way too much from Ben in all of this.

the off duty cops scrubbing camera's
the Sgt. who resigned
the bar's video tape being damaged or disappearing

it's not a witch hunt.. it's a drunk night gone wrong with college chicks and our 28 year old franchise QB.

No one is out to get Ben.... this is the evidence and it shows our QB and his bodyguards making some bad decisions.

If you don't like the paperwork then maybe you don't like Ben's behavior and need to stop lying to yourself about how clean Ben was that night.
