I just heard that myself. I hope that is the case because I've had a very uneasy feeling about this whole ordeal.
trey wingo reiterated that ben wont be charged and the ESPN North blog stated that he wont be charged (those are all per twitter)
was that wingo's opinion, or did he have another legal analyst say that like they did on sportscenter
