Yes...what this article and the ESPN report last night neglects to point out is that there are no cameras at this club for their VIP area as well as the bathroom area. The only video footage would have been for the front door, dance floor area, and bar area.
Makes no sense to come out with something that really isnt relative to what is being alleged.

2-Jordan Matthews WR Vanderbilt
3-Jordan Tripp ILB/OLB Montana
4-Christian Jones ILB Florida State
5-Brent Urban DE Virginia
5-Michael Schofield OG/OT Michigan
6-Kadeem Edwards OG Tennessee State
6-Ben Gardner DE Stanford
7-Aaron Colvin CB Oklahoma
Even if not in the VIP area, cameras could have provided circumstantial evidence. If the girl is seen on camera shortly after she alleged the assault occurred hysterically crying, that circumstantial evidence would tend to corroborate her story. Conversely, if there was footage of her shortly after the assault occurred showing her laughing and partying, that circumstantial evidence would tend to disprove her story.Originally Posted by Dee Dub
Cameras on the bar could also show whether she was purchasing her own drinks or whether somebody else was purchasing drinks for her.
While her crying on tape is more supportive of her story...the second would be even more damaging. If she is laughing and partying on tape after the alleged assault...it's over. And I believe this case will be dropped anyway in the next couple weeks.Originally Posted by phillyesq
