Report: Cops unable to re-interview Roethlisberger accuser

Report: Roethlisberger's accuser has declined to be re-interviewed

I know this was brought up yesterday but I didnt see it as She was now refusing to be re-interviewed.

So since her initial statement/allegations was while her blood alcohol level was at 0.20 I can not see how the GBI wont drop their investigation.

Again...no physical evidence, no eye witness, no video evidence, and a victim who is now not cooperating......this has got to be let go and soon.

Apparently, now she is going to be re-interviewed.

As explained in a bonus PFT Daily segment that we'll be posting when it's ready even though it's now possibly moot (that should drive the views through the roof), it makes no sense for the alleged victim in the latest Ben Roethlisberger sexual assault case to lawyer up -- and then to clam up.

Apparently, she might not be clamming up, after all.

Our friends at TMZ report that the alleged victim is scheduled to be re-interviewed by authorities. KDKA-TV recently reported that the alleged victim had failed to cooperate in this regard since talking to authorities on the evening of the alleged incident.

The alleged victim's lawyers tell TMZ that they have chosen to speak out in order to correct "recent misstatements in the media." Said the lawyers, "Our client is cooperating fully with law enforcement in this matter. Future interviews have been scheduled and our client will attend."

The lawyers didn't say when the interview will occur. So stay tuned.

So the lawyers, in hopes of cashing in on a big payday by way of legal fees, are "making" her talk.
