Sexual assault takes many forms including attacks such as rape or attempted rape, as well as any unwanted sexual contact or threats. Usually a sexual assault occurs when someone touches any part of another person's body in a sexual way, even through clothes, without that person's consent. Some types of sexual acts which fall under the category of sexual assault include forced sexual intercourse (rape), sodomy (oral or anal sexual acts), child molestation, incest, fondling and attempted rape. Sexual assault in any form is often a devastating crime. Assailants can be strangers, acquaintances, friends, or family members. Assailants commit sexual assault by way of violence, threats, coercion, manipulation, pressure or tricks. Whatever the circumstances, no one asks or deserves to be sexually assaulted.

Women are VERY hard to read,(and ben is not the brightest crayon in the box) and often change their minds from one second to another, especially drunk. In the good ol' days if you grabbed a girls asss or boob and she didn't want you to, she'd slap u across the face, and then u'd get the message.

How r MEN supposed to be competely sure if a woman wants you to make the next move? Must we be psychic?

Ben shoulda did all this grab ass stuff BEFORE he had the big bucks, to get it out of his system.

I don't think he did anything that many of us MEN have also done one time or another. I've had girls grab my ass in a club, but u don't see me bitching.

Thats EXACTLY right.... In highschool, I spent the night at a girls house, after a group of us were drinking and she wanted to make out before we went to bed, and she was completely tore up, but we made out, then she started calling me another guys name. SO at that point I knew she wuzn't coherent enuff to consumate "the deed" so I backed off on her and went to bed. THe next day, at school, she tells everyone that I tried to rape her!!! cuz she had guilt of smooching with me when she had a "boyfriend". and she tarnished my good name in the process.
