As far as the college kids versus adults. Both are true. Since the emphasis is on stupidity here, use of "college kids" is much more appropriate, because they have a way different mentality than the average adult.

No but they say college students all the time. It's sensationalism nothing more nothing less.
If you ever listen to Rome.....and I do as little as possible.....then you know that he repeats things over and over again. If he tells a joke on his radio show he tells the same one 5x, just changes a couple of words here and there. That is his "thing".
