    2010 NFL Draft Big Board...

Time to get this draft forum going. What do your guys big boards look like at the moment (Overall and your individual teams).

    Overall Big Board:
    1. Ndamukong Suh - Reminds me a lot of Kevin Williams of the Vikings.
    2. Eric Berry - Reminds me a lot of Ed Reed.
    3. Jimmy Clausen - Over-hyped out of high school and under-hyped coming out of college. I think he'll be a solid starter in the NFL.
    4. CJ Spiller - Probably will have the biggest impact in his rookie season of everyone coming out. Kind of like Percy Harvin.
    5. Dez Bryant - Terrific receiver that hopefully has learned to avoid Deion Sanders.

Bengals Big Board (Made up of guys I think will be around when we pick):
    1. Dez Bryant - Great hands and is physical. Could definitely help out our struggling passing game.
    2. CJ Spiller - We need a dynamic offensive weapon.
    3. Mike Iuputi - IF we don't resign Bobbie Williams, he would make a great replacement.
    4. Brandon Spikes - Love Dhani Jones but he isn't getting any younger.
    5. Jason Pierre-Paul - I had a huge man crush on George Selvie but JPP makes the better 4-3 DE.

    Steelers Big Board
    1. Joe Haden - No secret you guys need a CB.
    2. CJ Spiller - Like us, I think you guys need a dynamic offensive weapon.
    3. Brandon Spikes - Like Dhani, Farrior isn't getting any younger.
    4. Mike Iuputi - Massive run blocking guard.
    5. Donovan Warren - Another solid CB. A reach this early but CB is a big need and I think Warren might be the second best CB in the draft.

I think you mean Donovan Warren.

We already have a Donovan Woods.

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

    I've heard it both ways.

J/K, I've fixed it. So, lets get this draft forum going...

    1. Cameron Heyward, DE, Ohio St. -

    2. Brian Price, NT, UCLA - Steelers love hardware collectors; the Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year, posted an eye-popping 23.5 tackles for loss in 2009.

    3. Perrish Cox, CB, Oklahoma St. - reminds me of Bryant McFadden, doesn't shy away from contact.

    4. Corey Wootten, DE, Northwestern - a true 5-technique DE.

    Overall big board:

    2. Eric Berry
    3. Russell Okung
    4. Gerald McCoy
    5. Jimmy Clausen

Steelers big board (somewhat realistic targets at #1:
    1. Earl Thomas
    2. Terrence Cody
    3. Bryan Bulaga
    4. Dan Williams
    5. Trent Williams

    Cincy big board:

I'll trust your choices (they all sound like they would add something to your team), but I would add Jermaine Gresham as well. Palmer could use an elite weapon at TE. I know you drafted Chase Coffman in the 3rd round last year, but he was inactive for every game until he was put on I.R., even though Cincy had injuries to other TE's...not a good sign.

Not sure why I forgot about Jermaine Gresham. He's actually my favorite right now for the Bengals to pick at #21. Dez Bryant is probably going to be long gone, so Gresham looks like the best pick remaining...

    OVERALL
    1. Ndamukong Suh
    2. Eric Berry
    3. Russell Okung
    4. Rolondo McClain
    5. Gerald McCoy

    BENGALS
    1. Francis Cranston, Cuyahoga Community College. 5'2, 132lbs. DT. Francis has not played organized football, but does speed walk. Despite being crosseyed and suffering from narcolepsy, Cranston continues to impress scouts with his homemade jewelry and ice sculptures.

    2. Eddie "Jackass" Mitchell. Queen City Halfway House GED program. 5'8 165 lbs. TE. Eddie is a career criminal looking for a work furlough in the Cincinnati area. Eddie once commited 3 felonies and 26 misdemeanors in a 30 minute span. Mike Brown is rumored to be very interested in Eddie and may be willing to trade up to get him.

    3. Brandon LaFell, LSU. I think he'd be a great fit in Cincinnati. He'd make the tough catches over the middle that made Housh so valuable. He is an underrated talent at this point. Big, tough, elusive, fast. I think he could end up being as good as Dez Bryant.

    STEELERS

    1. Anthony Davis - if Campbell is the second tackle taken, we may have a chance to get this cat. Would be worth trading up a few slots. Probably best run blocking tackle in the draft.
    2. Earl Thomas - Is so quick and has such fantastic instincts. I think he could play FS or cornerback.
    3. Brandon Spikes - I love McClain, but I think he'll be gone in the top ten. Spikes matches McClain's athleticism and is actually bigger. Spikes' instincts and toughness are a step below, but still very good.
    4. Bryan Bulaga -needs to get stronger. Cam Heyward pushed him around too much. But, I love the way he keeps his legs driving on contact and he could play immediately at either tackle or guard. He is fantastic in space and is a good pass protector. Would love to see this guy leading screens out in front of Mendenhall.
Even if Bill Belichick was getting an atomic wedgie, his face would look exactly the same.

Good argument for LaFell. He's not the fastest but neither was TJ, so maybe he could work out for us...

LaFell won't have great timed speed. But, few big receivers do. He looks plenty fast on the field. He regularly runs past DBs in the SEC. He is especially good on slants where he catches the ball at full speed and then outruns or runs over most DBs.

Don't be surprised if LaFell runs a sub 4.5 forty and Dez Bryant does not.

Its good that he runs the slant pattern well, now only if our Offensive Coordinator knew what a slant pattern was...
