Quinn got fined for cutting Suggs...as well he should have. But what about Ray Lewis? he ADMITTED he cheap-shotted Quinn in retaliation...but NO FINE for THAT?

Look at the video starting at :47. Quinn hits Suggs in the thigh. Suggs' cleat gets stuck in the turf, causing the injury.

Sorry...I misunderstood what Ray-Ray said on the news report. I thought he said he cheapshotted Quinn in revenge, but I guess that's not what he said at all.
