Re: stlrz d's "pick a loser" challenge

Okay, I'm in. Give me the 2-14 Chiefs (0-3 thus far in the preseason), traveling to Baltimore with their starting QB injured and their offensive coordinator fired before the regular season even started. Good luck with that one, fellas. Sorry, Hardliner.

That said, I will be rooting awfully hard that K.C. pulls off the upset against the hated Ratbirds, and I am eliminated from this game right from the start.

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

    So it's simple:

    1) Starting with week one pick one NFL team a week that you think will lose.

    2) Post or PM that pick before that team kicks off for the week.

    3) You can only pick a team once.

    4) If your team loses you advance, if you team wins you are out.

    5) Last person left wins Planet Steelers bragging rights for a whole off season.

    6) If we have a winner by week 5 we'll start over again with everyone back in.

    7) If there is no winner at the end of the regular season we will continue into the post season.

8 ) You must be in from week one...no latecomers.

    9) Do not pick more than one week at a time unless you will be away from the board for some reason.

    10) Fail to make a pick for a week and you are out.

Last year we did this via a website but I am hoping there will be more participants this way. I'll track everything via a spreadsheet and post the results weekly.

And Oviedo, this isn't fantasy football so you can play too. :P

Give me the Chiefs as the hated Ratbirds go 1-0 at home.

A part of me hopes I get eliminated from the challenge in week one.
