It would have had to be Crabtree and Unger, since Wood was taken by Buffalo at #28.Originally Posted by grotonsteel

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
I don't understand Cleveland's reaction. Getting Alex mack should have made the entire draft. he was the best player to come out of college in the last 25 years. Just by having him on your roster all but guarantees a trip to the Super Bowl. Most defensive linemen won't even show up on game day knowing they might have to face Alex Mack
"My team, may they always be right, but right or wrong...MY TEAM!"

I don't know if the shoe will exactly fit, but:
Alex Mack = Jeff Faine??? There's some for ya!!!

Robiske will be a good possession receiver in the NFL. But, he does not have "tons of upside." In fact, he has little upside as he is as close to a finished product as there is coming out of college. THe "upside" moniker is usually reserved for players that are raw in some way.Originally Posted by pick6

Bingo! And this is why I feel that he won't do much in the pros. He ALWAYS had a problem going over the middle at Ohio State. That problem doesn't just go away in the NFL. And if defenses know that he is only a deep threat, he'll be that much easier to mark. And assuming that he really has limited upside to improve his game, remember this...the defenses don't regress once you get to the NFL. He should be thinking an SEC or USC secondary in every game. That, all of a sudden, makes him a VERY ordinary player.Originally Posted by steelblood

a week ago the 'fans' on here were clamoring for mack and robiskie. now that they got drafted by some other team, they suck
Mack should improve the interior of Cleveland's o-line greatly. He's way better than the center we drafted. But Robiskie is a complementary WR at best. He was solid enough on the college level, but are there any attributes that will stand out on the next level? The other WR they drafted, Massaquoi, has more upside than Robiskie.Originally Posted by True Fan
