I don't think Nate was a super star by any means, but he was a lot better than some people give him credit for and that kind of irks me I guess.Originally Posted by DukieBoy

Later Nate. Thanks for the memories. Watch out for Ryan Clark if you run a shallow crossing pattern. You might get decrapitated.
I was as hard as anyone on him, but the guy was a contributor throughout his time here. He may have killed a few more drives than I would have liked, but he was an UDFA who worked his way onto a SB team.
I wish him well except when he is playing the Steelers.
Good for Nate. Thats life changing money, can't blame him for taking it. He just went from a UDFA to setting himself up for life.
I am also excited to see what Sweed can do this year. I expect him to put up at least the same numbers next year that Nate did this year.
Chadman smells compensatory picks!!
The people that are trying to make the world worse never take a day off, why should I?
Light up the darkness.

South End Zone...Screaming My Head Off...Every Game! 111 consecutive and counting.
I hope some team signs McFadden to a monster deal if he isn't coming back to us so we at least get something for him leaving.Originally Posted by SteelerNation1

And, coincidentally, Yancey was also signed away from us by Tennessee. And the money was essentially the same per year (5 year $21.5 million vs. 6 year $27 million). Of course, a decade ago when Thigpen left, his deal was the richest ever for a WR in NFL history at that time.Originally Posted by California-Steel

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
That could be Week 1, on opening night.Originally Posted by Iron Shiek
