Stairway to Seven is probably the best one I have heard.

    Here are my stupid ones:

    Yabba Dabba Debo.
    Sevenburgh.
    Seven Dust...Kills Browns DEAD.

Our new announcer will be Stan Severen.

All 7-11's in the Greater Pittsburgh area will be changed to be just Seven.

Seventh Heaven is probably too obvious.

    How about Se7en Deadly Wins?
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

I have never liked stuff like that. The phrase 'one for the thumb' irked me when as soon as I heard it and I feel that the phrase was a slight curse on this organization for 25 years.

Tomlin is right, what is history is history and if the Steelers win the Super Bowl next year, the year after or a decade from now it will be a new group of players who will be carving their own victory.

Only afterward will I contemplate that that victory is the seventh, eighth or whatever.

I wish I could remember who said this one on another post, but if we really want to piss the rest of the NFL off, it could be: "One for the middle finger"!

    I vote for no motto.

Just let them quietly go do it, just because everyone is already saying we won't repeat.

That said, the odds are against ANY team repeating in today's age. But that doesn't mean we won't. If we stay healthy and put a few pieces in place, we have as good a shot as anyone.
