Probably been asked and answered here before, but I searched and couldn't come up with anything.

Does anyone know what happened to the pittsburghlive boards and all my brilliant work (posts)?

Site got shut down due to the Trib's financial situation. One day they just put up a page saying it was shut down and to move on.

That's about it.

It was weird. I was responding to a post and hit submit. All I got was this horribly typed up page saying that they shut it down. No warning, nothing.

It was strange.

Sad part was that that post I was putting up was very deep and insightful. It would have relived a lot of angst that many of you felt about our SB chances this last year.

Can't remember what I said though.
