Props to the fans for cranking up the decibels yesterday when the defense
needed to make a stand.

That was all the tailgate from this board.
And me screaming through my tv....
Jig,
One of the best games I have been to @ Heinz. Ranks up there w/ Pats on Halloween in 04, and Chicago in 2005. It was LOUD!

On TV it sounded as though quite a few fans were loudly booing the offense as they went 3-16 on third downs conversions.Originally Posted by Jigawatts

Rightfully so. I call that negative reinforcement.Originally Posted by Steeler Shades
Good point. The first time I noticed the fan noise on tv was the boo birds.Originally Posted by Steeler Shades
Our fans often seem to get loud after a big play. Or when we have momentum. But when things aren't going well, it does tend to be quiet.
After the 1st half, I kept thinking to myself the defense has to score.
they put up a boo type performance..Originally Posted by Steeler Shades

I lost a bet about Najee gaining 1300 yards.
"Our head coach has failed to win a playoff game for seven years in a row. His game day strategy, culture of divas, in game decisions, clock management, player evaluation, hires, and affinity with sub par starters at RB, P, and OL are holding the Steelers back. That standard remains the standard"

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
