Okay ladies and gents, throughout this influx of new members to the board there have been quite a number of topics started about or near the subject topic of the Trib Boards demise. And in several of those threads, the administrator, some of the mods and even some of the veteran/newbie members of this board have asked to let sleeping dogs lie and leave preconceived notions of other poster behind. The drama that caused that board to become a shadow of what it once was will not go on here. I say this with no malice and on the behalf of the board administrator, who has been very vocal about giving people a fresh start and to be a part of this Steeler community... please be advised this will be the last thread about this subject.

Please familiarize yourself with the below noted "CODE OF CONDUCT" that all of you accepted when your membership was initiated. Everybody always have differing opinions, if you find a certain posters to be an irritant or have an irritating point of view, please be the adult in the situation and just pass this particular post by. I've highlight some of the more applicable points of the code of conduct so that there will be no ambiguity about this subject. From this point forward this board will foster Steeler Football discussions and topics that are noteworthy for discussion free of drama.

The administrator is about to expand the moderator base to help police the content that is laid out on this board. Once all the moderators are in place there will be a list of them so that you will all have the opportunity voice concerns on things. The moderators will be fair but not dictatorial and will be impartial, and to augment the term impartial, any poster that displays adverse behavior, even after warnings have been issued, will be discussed by the panel of moderators and administrator prior to banishing a poster from this site. This should insure that all fairness was exhausted prior to a poster being forced out. With the fairness established, please note that unlike the Trib, abhorrent behavior will not be tolerated and will be dealt with swiftly.

The Trib threads will be locked so that further drama-ladened threads don't degrade into flame wars. Please really absorbed the code of conduct below, so that clarity on this subject is established in all of your minds. This thread will likewise be locked, because Jhansle finds this subject not up for discussion. Thank you all for your cooperation in these matters.
