Just trying to write an article link on SteelersLive and noticed it's crashed again

If I can get on there I may just post a topic letting people know that they're more than welcome to come here especially for the game day thread.

Well, I got banned from TrollLive so I can't help you. I wish the 10 or so decent posters left there would go ahead and make the damn jump. That place welcomes racism, idiocy, and trolls but censors and deletes rational discussion, even when its purpose is to make the board better.

I've given up posting over there. Not worth it. There are at least three discussion boards for the Steelers that blow the TribLive board out of the water, so why would I bother?

I would consider going there to invite newbies, but I don't know if anyone would follow. My guess is that the best bet would be to toss out a few names here of people who still post there who would be a good addition here who aren't already here. The one name that just leaps to mind for me is Patrick Williams. He should be over here, at least.

The best way to get in touch with anyone there that should be here is via PM. I'd be willing to personally contact as many TribBoard posters as possible to get them over here. This is a good spot to discuss Steelers football.

I gotta guess a lot of it is laziness/familiarity. And maybe some of them enjoy the trolls/racism/idiocy/obvious results if incest.

They have made some improvements over there, so I'm not going to completely bash it. It is much quicker than it was and does offer up more discussion than over here, but the troll factor is embarrasing to this fan base, and I don't mean the outside fans. I mean the Steeler fans. Call this a kool-aid board if you want, but that is the opposite of kool-aid over there. It's like the Pabst Blue Ribbon board.
