• Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who returned to practice Friday and is listed as questionable for the Steelers' game against Jacksonville with a right shoulder ailment, is expected to start against the Jaguars on Sunday night. Coach Mike Tomlin said Thursday that Roethlisberger, who missed practice Wednesday and Thursday, would start. "I think he's going to be fine," said Tomlin, who was not available for comment yesterday. Roethlisberger, who did not speak with reporters after practice, was listed as being limited at practice on the team's injury report. Roethlisberger, who hasn't missed a start due to injury or illness since the 2006 opener, injured his throwing shoulder in a 38-17 win over Houston.

• Meanwhile, Linebacker James Harrison (quadricep), who was limited at Thursday's practice, is listed as probable. Linebackers Andre Frazier (concussion) and Patrick Bailey (hamstring) are questionable. Fullback Carey Davis (ankle) is listed as doubtful, so tight end Sean McHugh is expected to start in his place. Defensive end Nick Eason (groin), nose tackle Casey Hampton (groin), defensive end Brett Keisel (calf) and running back Willie Parker (knee) are out.

• For Jacksonville, cornerback Drayton Florence (groin), center Brad Meester (biceps), guard Chris Naeole (knee) and safety Reggie Nelson (knee) are out.
