    Peter Schrager smokes crack...that's the only explanation I have for ranking the Steelers #9...and the Browns who haven't proven anything #8.

    He's going to end up regretting putting Seattle at 7 and Cleveland at 8...and I don't mean cuz they'll finish higher either.
