The Lawsuit against him is still going on. Many are claiming that they attended a show at the Funny Bone in Newport on the Levee last winter and did not get the prizes they were promised.

Eric Deters, the attorney who represents the side who is going after Chad, was strong about the Bengal wide out.

Some of his lines this morning:

"Chad isn't a very bright guy," says Deters.

Deters adds that Chad has the "mental agility of a small soap dish."

Deters questioned Chad's "intelligence capability."

And, he says that Chad lied more than once in his deposition.

Deters says that it will go to a jury in late June.
