Oscars' in N. Myrtle is fantastic.... Lots of memoribilia and collectibles on the walls. The owner is from Pgh, and has bread shipped in weekly from somewhere in Pgh... A great place to watch the Steeler games, but get there early... At one point last year they had to turn folks away by 12:30 because they already had 300 Steeler fans in there and were at max-occupancy... I was there for it!

If you notice, there's an "abnormality" with the facade on the front of the building, and Steeler logo.... The hypocycloids are painted in inverse order of color.... The painter didn't know the order, so the owner decided to leave it as a trivia point.... He says he's asked about it at least once a week!....

Passed Oscars 100 times this week...on 17 north. We thought about eating there...but the wifey thought it might not be the best place for kids. Soooo, we took em to Hooters.
    Trolls are people too.

Blues House of Wings is a great place to watch a Steelers game. The food is good (I think they have the best wings in Charleston), and the decor makes you feel like you are back in a Western PA steel mill bar. They usually have Iron City and IC Light available. Bonus, I can walk there from my house.

Guiseppes is a good place to watch the games also. It is more family orientated which is a nice thing. The memorabilia on the walls is great with Kennywood signs, steel mill photo's, Terry Bradshaw record cover, etc. Food is good, great pizza, and they serve weggies.

Is this still true/current? I will be visiting Charleston next week and want to check out one or two. Will be within walking distance of King Street Bar/Grill.

    Thanks,
