I hate to rain on anyone's parade, but -- don't judge performance by the current level of traffic. It is low volume. This site (or 1steelers) or any other site could easilly bog down. I down know if jhansle1 does this through and ISP or with a server in his basement.

That being said, I will probably check (and post) multiple places. I just hate doing that. Some folks like going to a bunch of boards. I kind of feel like a family has split up and is now in 4 different towns (tl, sn, 1steelers, and here).

Oh well, back Stahl just scored again. 3-2 GO PENS!!!

MJG, I worry about the "bogging-down" as well. I have asked about that issue because with an increased traffic volume, it will be hell come game-day... I also hate posting on multiple sites. I only started a few months ago to even LOOK at other sites. It pains me, because I felt like I developed a level of "comfort" with alot of folks. Like you, I am registered at all 4, but really want to find one place to land. I am hoping this is it...

The whining, crying, extreme negativity and technical issues all combined to help me make the decision to say goodbye to the trib site for good. I'll miss those photoshop contests though.

Hopefully the same things won't happen here. If so...then I guess it'll be time to move on again.

It's good to see that we've attracted the best of the best so far from the trib (minus quite a few posters) but I'm going to keep posting there at least until we start the season (or until I get kicked off for ragging on the mods). I'm not going to spread myself over four boards, but if this place can handle the traffic I'm willing to hang my hat here and abandon the Trib if planetsteelers continies to grow.
