Look at Deebo's hit, too.
Ben has missed what, 4.5 games? In that time his backups threw 4 TDs and the team ran for 4 TDs. I'm guessing those numbers would have been better with Ben, and who knows, he may have had one...
Actually, I think this is one they can get by without him, but I'd like to see him play every game from here on out and get in a groove.
I would consider Wilson - I think he is amazing and has little work with. His OL and WR stink. Dalton, Bortles, and Fitz aren't in Ben's league, fantasy stats be damned.
What happened to Cam last year? He didn't look much like the future 12 months ago.
Why are we blaming RS? It wasn't his call.
Shazier has been sidelined with a shoulder injury, and while he did practice some last week, Coach Mike Tomlin made the decision to hold him back...
Give the man a prize. Slapnutz is a race-baiting, intellectual lightweight coward. Ten gets you twenty he's a liberal who thinks black people can't take care of themselves without the benevolent...
Again, you don't know what racism is. You throw the word around as a weapon when you are losing an argument. You are a weak minded liberal with thin skin who thinks that any mention or discussion...
Soul Train was a real show. How old are you?
Wait, I just got it - you don't know what "racist" means, do you? Sue the educators in your state. You were cheated.
One example of a racist post, please.
Got it - so you agree with me that Tomlin is wrong on this one.
That's twice in two days.
That doesn't fit Slapdick's narrative, so he will now call you a racist.
LeBeau's scheme was "tackle the catch" and let Polamalu fly all over the field and Deebo and Woodley crush the pocket. When the latter three got less effective with age/injury, it fell apart. INTs...
Well done. I'm surprised Ovi or Slappy didn't post this. Well, maybe not. Probably picking up their white hoods at the cleaners.
Fine, but I still think TD passes are an overrated stat. If you're scoring TDs, I don't care how they come.
BTW, Kordell Stewart was definitely "in the MVP discussion" in 2001.
He had 14 TD...
Or had better numbers, like Russell Wilson.
I hope I never have to. But your franchise QB wants them to stop, and you disagree with him
I think we all know what the reason is. It can be only one thing.
Keep in mind that the defense has to play well in the playoffs. The Giants' D stunk all year, but rose up in the playoffs and shut down the Pats. And it better if there are two franchise QBs...
In the salary cap era that's very difficult unless you win before the QB gets paid, like the Steelers and Seahawks did. The Bengals time ran out - they have to pay too many people next year and...
None yet. In recent years, Sanders, Bell, Bryant, and Brown have flipped into the EZ. Only Sanders was chastised by Tomlin for risking injury, he's been wrong on the issue ever since.
Unlike the Bengals, who kept two high safeties, the Broncos like a single high safety with Ward in the box. If Ben gets time, Bryant will get open deep.
And when the next guy does a flip in the end zone and blows out a knee, you can sound tough and say "next man up".
BTW, he missed Thursday practice with a knee. Re: being soft, my favorite definition of a "minor injury" is one that happens to somebody else. He's the only one who knows how he feels. Did...
Their defense is really good. I'm hoping ours can get some 3-outs/TOs so we're not pinned back all game. It's going to be tough to drive on that group.
Todd Haley's offense scored 23 and gave up a pick-6.
That's a net 16 points for an absolutely loaded roster of talent.
