A punter from Virginia?
Any LBs or DBs from Virginia? If so, I put my money on him even if it's a huge reach.
He also has one foot out the door (retirement). Like he really cares or is putting forth the effort he did years ago. What does he care?
He's not different than 95% of the working population...
They probably made the wrong decision.
He's from Power 5. Big deal. It's Illinois for god's sake. Could they even beat Wisconsin-Whitewater??
All of our picks in this draft are future HOFers.
I bet the entire FO is having one big circle jerk.
It's a great pick. I think we should extend Colbert and Tomlin again before their 3rd round pick.
All kidding aside, a lot of olineman still available but they may need to move up in the 3rd...
I agree. The draft is shaping up nicely for us.
I wish we had more picks.
What if Samuel is available? Highly doubtful but CB is a huge need and he would be BPA. OLB is a need.
I think...
Let's extend a guy that chokes in the playoffs and doesn't know how to call a QB sneak on 4th and inches with one of the biggest QBs in the league. That's pure genius.
Quinn Meinerz would be my top center choice.
Samuel would be great in the second but no chance I see him falling to us.
Because he's a Virginia/Maryland guy
Tomlin's hometown heros.
He's enamored with inferior players from that area that couldnt hack it in the SEC or other dominant programs like Clemson, OSU,...
The Steelers need a RB with some wiggle and receiving skills.
We have no one on the roster that has both. We have no quickness at RB.
The OL starters are at in stone outside of LG. And we have ok depth. They are aging though. I could go with LG to replace Foster but outside of that, I dont see BPA being OT or C where we draft. RB...
Yes, I would get upset if we drafted those positions. Out of the list, I would prefer CB/S. Can't have enough good DBs.
I think tight end and running back are much bigger needs than any of those positions.
Thadeus Moss could be an option.
Seems to me we should be making one final push for a SB as it's Ben's final 2 years most likely. We aren't rebuilding, yet.
But as Rooney has stated.... Rebuilding or not, HOF QB or not, a .500...
Yeah really. Big Ben deserves an apology from all the talking heads that said he was the problem.
So, he doesnt plan on leaving the Steelers but doesn't want to make any commitmen. Hmmm. Sounds wishy washy to me.
If you aren't planning on leaving then why wouldn't you make a commitment? He's...
Oh yeah.. I knew that (and forgot)
Many here wanted Justin Reid. He was drafted in the 3rd round and has had the better career this far.
Justin Reid was the far better prospect and is the far better pro. Many here knew it but...
Say no to Etienne early.
I watch a lot of Clemson. The guy is explosive but falls down if someone sneezes loud enough. No thanks.
We need a RB and TE desperately. A WR would be a next best option.
The guy is in an epic downward spiral.
He's just not a good person. Apparently, he's never been a good person. That has come to light. So, the CTE theory doesn't carry weight.
He's just an...
Agreed. It's apparent that Art II still has Tomlin's balls hanging from his chin.
I also don't like how we don't really have a dedicated GM right now.
What are the Rooney's doing?!?
If...
Hargrave isn't signing with the Steelers. He made that clear when he said he wanted to test the FA market.
Remember, last off-season Colbert said Hargrave would be a top priority and that changed...
