Very correct. No doubt Ben makes really stupid decisions but as pointed out he has not been charged or convicted of ANYTHING.

To that I'd probably agree. Ideally, you'd like to see a young guy on the bench at LEAST 3 or 4 years... additionally, although the negative attention does take it's toll on the team, the legal case...
