It’s the equivalent to a one year “prove it” deal. If this doesn’t wake him up, nothing will.

Next offseason. Don’t necessarily need to pick up one now. I, however, don’t like our depth.
100% the correct decision.
He’ll be a RB/H-back.
A lot of Debbie Downer, NFL draft experts here.
I’ll be back for the start of the season. A few make this board totally unenjoyable at times.
I don’t mind criticism but just saying a pick...
He’s not a FB.
He’s been mocked to the Steelers for months. I watch a lot of B1G football and he’s a good player.
He’ll be a backup RB at some point and is a good receiver out of the backfield.
He’s always in a foul mood.
4.32 40 for Austin.
He’ll be the last Steelers pick for awhile unless they trade up. No 5th round pick.
A non Steelers scout said “his comparison is Tyreek Hill”. Dude is fast.
I was a little surprised they double dipped at WR.
To be fair, many of my Ravens fans think the Steelers are having an excellent draft. Many wanted Pickens and Leal. Both franchises do an amazing job at the draft.
Development doesn’t stop after someone is drafted. Steelers will put 15 pounds on the guy while still keeping his speed and athleticism. I’ll say it again, this is a very good pick.
Plenty of other teams for you to follow if the Steelers don’t meet your needs.
To each their own…I like the pick.
Good night.
Todd McShay had Leal as the 59th best player in the draft.
Tough crowd in here. I liked the pick. As SOD mentioned, perfect for the 3-4 defense.
Leal to the Steelers?
Eagles took Dean
Dean will keep dropping if he’s a medical red flag.
Nick Cross would be a nice add.
That one hurts.
Sounds like Dean is a medical red flag.
Any ideas who’s next?
AB was going to be a distraction regardless.
