Don't forget this guy is a Latino and amnesty is big in the news now. The media only likes to report about fair skinned men with guns. But in semi-fairness to ESPN, I've seen the story on ESPN.com everyday
Yup the media LOVES to show their pro-Latino bias.
The media only reports gun wielding "fair skinned" guys.
Sure Hernandez is in the news now.......but that is an exception.
I certainly cannot recall the last time a gun wielding Latino got any kind of coverage :)
(Sometimes doesnt it seems some of us see what we want to see?)

I agree, heez probably a racist..

The Cheats* waived him...
So assuming he beats the rap (presumption of innocence) and he clears waivers--He will be a Bengal. How are we going to contend with Hernandez and Eifert???

Not anytime soon he's not. He's been denied bail and has been charged with a crime that carries a minimum sentence of life with NO parole. In the state of Massachusetts the right to a speedy trial really means they have an entire year to bring him to trial so it might not even get started until the season is over.
We'll certainly see, but on the surface this appears as if he's not walking away. He's going to jail on some charge. DA's don't typically (the Atlanta DA w/ Lewis being an exception) don't typically bring these kind of charges unless they're pretty damn sure they can make something stick. His career is most likely over.

Without the availability of Johnnie Cochran and Robert Kardashian (yes, the only Kardashian to accomplish something), he is not getting out anytime soon. BTW, for those of you who might tell me that I'm violating the "innocent until proven guilty" rule, I am aware of that. :D

Seems like this should be fairly easy case. They have the bullet casings and video of 3 guys carrying guns into the house after the murder. I think they said they shot him 6 times and have 6 casings.
So the first question is do the 6 casings match and did they come from just one gun? If they have 3 different casings, AH is done, case closed.
If not, they might be able to figure out what type of gun the casings came out of. So do all 3 guys have the same gun in the video? Probably not.
I'm starting to wonder how this is even defensible? Unless all the casings match and all 3 guys had the same gun and they pin it on one of the guys. But they're all seem to be on the path of life in prison.

OK, so why did it post twice, and differently? And why won't a GIF work? I wish I had half the computer smarts of my 13 year old. Heck, I wish I could bag a turkey, too.

AH involved in 3 more shootings that left 2 dead? This is getting ridiculous. Could he be the first NFL serial killer?
