I'm assuming as a businessman, Rooney would kick the tires a bit to make sure the last month or so didn't warp JH's mind (in any new ways!), then make him an offer based on the same assessment he made when he made the 1st one. Like Dukie said, incentive-laden targets are probably the way to go. Whatever it takes for a win-win situation for the B&G and JH.
