He sure seemed like he was giving someone an ear full.....I am not sure who it was?
Anyone in the local market listen to the post game presser? I would like to know what was said. It would be much appreciated if someone could post some info.
:wft
I thought it was Ed Bouchette, and maybe Bouchette was asking if he could be guest OC next week.
It looked to me like WVU HC Bill Stewart was calling the fing plays, :wft

I don't think it was Arians. I was wondering if it was the special teams coach - maybe he wasn't ready with the fg squad on that 4th and a million when we SHOULD HAVE kicked a FG (we were out of to's remember). That was a big blunder imo because if we got the fg, we had the onside kick chance.....you never know
Yeah, I wasn't too happy that they didn't kick the FG there either.[/quote:2ba712xm]
You always want to extend the game. The Steelers should have kicked the field goal and made the Eagles defend an onside kick, you never know what happens when the game is extended.
Just a bad day all the way around. No one really believed that every game was going to go like the Texans game did they?
Pappy
...it was Arians, he's grown himself a little goatee action - & he deserved whatever Tomlin was dishing out.

They should both be fired...tomorrow.
And once again, the pathetic play calling of Bruce Arians rears its ugly head.
I mean realistically Arians is the one that caused this.
Call something OTHER than whatever the hell wasn't working. I mean seriously that does not take a f'ing rocket scientist.[/quote:348rrsvp]
I agree. As much as you would love to dump this on the O line, we can't really. How many times did we see 6 rushers coming across? The numbers had to be taken advantage of elsewhere. Arians did not only not do that, he kept trying the same things over and over - Ben in a 7 step drop and FWP up the gut.
