No, DeCastro was never as highly rated as Warmack. Warmack will grade out much higher than DeCastro.

I think your boy Jesse Williams if his knee is healthy could start from day one. I also believe his teammate CB Dee Milliner could start. I know these guys wont be there when the Steelers pick but I believe they could too...Manti Teo, Jarvis Jones, Star Lotulelei .

Whether or not Warmack is the fifth best player, there is no way that he goes in the top five. Not even the top ten.
Those teams want premium positions: QB, Left Tackle, an edge rusher, CB, inside rusher, WR....
If he is rated that highly, chances (no pun intended) are that he will last until the teens....
