Gotta go with the young ones now, let them play and make mistakes, only way to learn. It just sucks we had to get rid of all the leaders so quickly cause the transition is usually a little smoother.
OL; something has to change in the scouting dept. The inability to find good OL players at the top or bottom of the draft smells of scouting incompetence or coaching incompetence or both.
