Old friends from college. We all made mistakes in college, didn't we.
Sure, once in college I got drunk, got a Mike Tyson tattoo on my face, took a bath in raw ground beef and fish guts then went for a walk down an alley full of rapid pit bulls, ran down the street naked, and took a dump on the hood of a cop car while the cop was inside!
But I never did anything as stupid as becoming a Browns fan. :D
yeah.. they are making decisions like we make suggestions.
This is so true.... Lol very grateful I was born in the burgh and raised to love the teams representing it...

3 GMs in 3 years.... good grief. Browns are setting some great records..... and I am loving it.
Luckily Haslam was a minority owner (aka 'silent') of the Steelers. He obviously wasn't paying attention to how to build a winning org in football.

Well, as you say, he wasn't paying attention, or, as is the case with wealthy, successful businessmen, their ego won't allow them to believe that someone else can do something better than them, which is what I believe happened with Haslam. He saw how the Steelers do it, but decided he knows more about owning a football team than a family that has done it since 1933.
I'm hoping that Art II isn't falling into this trap.

I know of people from Cleveland who favor the Bungles or Steelers.
