You're really starting to sound like the typical grumpy yinzer that just blames Ben for everything.
Arians, even considering the flaws that offense had, is looking like a genius compared to Todd Haley.
I'm a Ben fan and realize he had a bad game. He couldn't hit the broad side of a barn last night.

Even I would've stuck with Jones...
miss me yet?
Ben has a lot more WR talent than a lot of other teams....especially the 2-0 Patriots.
I disagree, the Steelers have a #2 playing #1; a #3 playing #2 and evidently Isaac Redmon is the #5 and not Wheaton, really? This group of WRs are bad, the fact that we've seen them have success when Wallace was around was an illusion created by Wallace.
Always excuses for this team...... as the L's keeping adding up and adding up. That's ok... we'll turn into the Browns but hell, we have all the excuses in the world as to why we suck.
Are you seriously getting upset because I made an observation on why the Pats are 2-0 while we are 0-2 even though the Pats have no weapons?
Did you even watch the Jets/Pats game? 13-10.. multiple drops and mistakes by Dobson. Brady was pissed.. but they still won because they got 3 TO's and held the Jets to 10 points.
I'm not blaming the D for our offensive offense... just pointing out WHY the Pats are winning with a bad offense. We used to win with bad offense and great D.

This is false... while we may not have superstars at WR we have decent WR's. Setting up the pass with the run was and will always be a horrible idea. We should be pass, pass, pass... and sprinkle in a few runs every now and then.
Do you really think Wheaton would be on the sideline if anyone else was our OC? BA would have at least used Wheaton on that end around.
Crotchery had a horrible game.. Ben wasn't "on" but Crotch wasn't finishing any of his routes...
For the life of me I can't understand why we stopped using Jones... no excuses for Redman and Dwyer getting touches when Jones looked like he was about to get into a nice rhythm

There wasn't much "decent" about them last night at all or last week for that matter. I can't recall the end of last year when the Steelers lost 4 out of 5 and they had a disinterested Wallace playing. Haley is a bigger problem than the WRs. This group isn't good enough to win consistently in the NFL, yea, the Steelers may end up 7-9 or 8-8, but those records are the very definition of inconsistency.
In this version of the NFL the WRs have to be better than what has happened the past two weeks or you can't win consistently. The defense can steal a game or two for you, but the offense has to be able to score at a minimum 20 points. I don't see this offense scoring 20 points any time soon. Do you?

Haley being the wrong guy doesn't suddenly make Arians the right one. His ineptitude in the the redzone and especially inside the 5 was beyond ridiculous. I'm glad he is gone. The Steelers may be bringing in a new OC in 2014 but there's not single tear shed that BA has moved on.

Not only are all of the Steelers WRs miscast, they are all essentially the same. No size, no strength, lacking in toughness. Always happy to do something asinine after one of their rare first downs.
I think they need to incorporate Moye into the game plan more. I don't think he's a world beater, but can he be any worse on a deep sideline throw than Sanders?

I'll agree with this as well. I'm not going to miss 5 wides on 3rd and 1 in a blizzard.

Maybe Ben misses Charlie more than we know.
