LeBeau is incapable of meaningful change because he can't see that his creation is flawed and has been figured out. He should have been asked to leave when Arians did. Maybe then we would have a Defensive Coord who wants to attack the opponents and take the initiative not give it up.
I can't see us ever competing for a championship again as long as he is calling the plays on defense. They just make no sense anymore.
Hopefully our dreams come true, and he retire or get canned.
