I disagree...it's just a way to take credit away from the Steelers for a good defensive performance against the golden boy...
It's just a way to say it wasn't RGIII's fault. I get that. So they don't credit the Steelers as much as they say his supporting cast sucked. It is what it is...
-
But his supporting cast did suck. I don't understand how one watches the game and doesn't think so.

I think everyone thinks so. No one disputes that.

i dont doubt we will make the playoffs, our sched IS pretty easy from here on out.

it was raining and the ball was slippery.. our guys MADE the catches that they did not.. we played better.. give credit where it's due.. 7 drops...
PFF is full of sh*t. CBS Sports, Fox Sports, CNN and Coach Shanahan himself ALL said 10. Just watching let me know it was 10 as well. Worst performance by a WR crew by any team all year.
Why are you trying to openly discredit our defense? The simple fact is that you are wrong.
Anyone watching the game would know that many of those passes were defended and not dropped by the receivers. The dropped TD didn't take points off the board either. They scored their only TD of the game later in that same drive. Sounds like you have some kind of odd agenda Ghost. Regardless, you and those parroting news organizations are wrong.

We will see what this team is made of in the next month and a half. We have tough games against the Giants, Baltimore, and, well, Baltimore again! We also have games we should win (but we know how that goes). The Giants should be an excellent litmus test. We must at least play well (even if we lose). Then, we need to at least split with Baltimore.
-
If Steelers sweep Baltimore they will make playoffs. I think it all depends on their remaining division games.
Steelers should have won Oakland and Tenn games. Steelers will learn from those mistakes and build upon it going forward in their campaign for SB#7

7 drops... maybe 6. anyone who watched the game should be able to admit the Redskins drop a lot of passes. There were 3 or 4 where our defender forced the ball.

Two of the drops that had nothing to do with the defender were TDs.
