The Eagles have released Fletcher Cox. I know the Steelers have shown interest.

If reasonable, hell yeah.

Eagles said they’re trying to bring him back under a reworked deal but he’s free to listen to offers.

It's so funny.

This year, in so many of these threads I'm like: "Ya, I could see us signing that guy".

It's so unlike any other offseason I can remember.

Get Heyward to call him. He recruited Jack and is working on Honey Badger.

I'll go on record as saying the Steelers will not pursue Cox. Currently the Steelers have 3 starting Dlinemen aged 34, 32, and 28. When looking for replacements for Alualu and Tuitt last year they were looking at him. Unless the team is not expecting the two injured players to return, they already have enough old starters.

If we don't sign a f/a for dl this is certainly the year to draft one. There is a lot of interior dl talent n depth.

Injured players have a greater chance of being injured again.

I definitely think we will show interest, if the price is right.

edit: just read the Eagles may be in discussions to bring him back. They released him because he was due $18Mill at 4PM today. So I doubt we will pay what he is asking for.
