No big surprise here. Time to move forward.

Timing would indicate clearing some cap space for another signing

I think they are close to signing JuJu.

Meh, the only question was when.

And for how much. Please don't screw this team by offering too much $.

Maybe the new OL assistant liked what he saw in Minny??? Classic player that needs a few years of development but man oh man.....

I think they are close to signing JuJu.

It's been reported that his market has been underwhelming.

Maybe we can get him on the cheap and not feel too bad if we don't want to afford what it seems like DJ's price will be in UFA next season.

Well if the choice was Banner or JuJu I'd take JuJu everytime. Time to cut the dead wood. Next - Derek Watt. What have you done for me lately.

He's probably overpaid as a mostly ST guy. But he's a big contributor there and there isn't much value to cutting him.

I think you'll have to wait until the end of his contract to say goodbye to D Watt.

Hate seeing good guys released but he suffered an injury and this is a business move. Time to move on but good luck to the big guy.

Correct, in all reality his career ended in the 2020 season opener against the Giants. Non contact injury as well. He was a fan favorite but father time is undefeated.

Yeah, he was so great he started in 1 career game. lol. Good attitude, not a good player.

Never has a player done so little with so much opportunity.

I think your last point is spot on. If we sign him it in expectation that DJ is not in our future due to price.
