Time to give the offense a little love.

Not sure the offense will be getting love given that we will likely need another ILB because Bush will not be 100% to start next season. I think we are two years behind the curve in getting a replacement Center.

Clearly on offense we need OL (x2), RB and probably another TE if McDonald is a cap casualty. Plus does anyone think we don't need a top WR given probable departure of JuJu and "butter fingers" Johnson

Time to give the offense a little love.

Definitely needs an infusion of talent on the O-line. Have to stop cutting corners by using UFA and other type of project guys and just bite the bullet and get some talented road graders on that O-line.

I'm good with starting the season with Spillane, no need to rush Bush back. I'd like to see (my way to early draft wish list) QB, RB, OL x 3).

Where we will be drafting, you aren't going to get the next Ben

I would tend to agree, but you never know. I'll be happy with an NFL grade RB and some big nasties on the OL.

This.

Probably have to suck before getting the next franchise QB.

But I think we'll probably lose a bunch of talent next year due to the cap, so we might end up sucking next season.

NEED to extend TJ.

Also need to exercise the option on Minkah (I think we can still do this even though he was traded to us).

Do we exercise the 5th year option on Edmunds? If not probably need to draft a S again.

I think we'll definitely need OL. Best available because we can probably take someone at every position. Probably prefer C and T over G though?

Probably a TE (because I think we cut both Vance and Ebron to save space). Maybe we can keep one of them. Probably Ebron, but his cap hit is $8.5M (save $6M if cut). Could we extend him to try to drop that number? He seems to like playing here after being in bad orgs.

Maybe a RB. I think a RB would be nice, but I don't think we'll have the luxury with all the holes I think we'll have due to cap casualties.

Maybe an OLB if we don't think Highsmith is a starter. I don't think we can resign Bud, but maybe after the injury if we don't keep JuJu?

I think Nelson and Haden both stay, although if we are worried about Haden's age I think cutting him saves us ~$12M in cap room (be we need to find another starting CB). Maybe lets us keep Hilton and / or Sutton (who are both probably gone due to the cap)? Do we think Sutton can start outside?

Can we afford to keep JuJu with the contract he'll get next? Can we afford to let him go since no one else on offense seems to be consistent? If we let him go, do we need another WR, or are we OK with Claypool, Washington, and DJ?

I think there will be lots of holes on next year's roster. That's why we have to win this year...only that doesn't look so good after the last 2.5 weeks or so.

Should be a good draft for BPA because we'll have lots of positions of need. Although I bet there will be lots of guys in the discount bin because of the cap situation, so maybe Colbert (if he's still here) can duct tape together a reasonable roster.

Do we cut other Watt for cap savings and look for a cheap option at FB? He does contribute on ST, but not much at FB.

Again I ask, would it be better to cut Ben at season's end and try and re-sign some of our core younger players: DuPree, JJSS< Connor, Hilton, Watt, Sutton, etc.

If they all sign elsewhere we are not going to win many anyway with Ben. Seems like the max we would have him anyway is 2 years. Better to keep the core together?

include the 2nd rounders too.

its just as slanted for the defense

are you really advocating using a 1st rounder to fill in for an injured top 10 pick because he might miss a few games?
