Okay, I'll bite.

Don't have the numbers, but Martavis Bryant is pretty cheap and will have a big contract year and lay off the weed, so he'll perform like the $9M a year man some stupid team will throw at him in 2019. He'll be the best bargain with 65+ catches, 1000+ yards and 7+ TD's.

Worst--Le'veon Bell--not because of his performance, which will be among the top RB's, but because he will make so much more than the next RB. Over paid RB, and the salaries of the other RB's prove it every year...
