Is he too beat up (Achilles) and expensive for us?

Or could he be the 2018 version of Joe Haden?

If the Steelers didn't get the help they got last season, I'd be all for getting Sherman. But no, I believe the corners are set in Pittsburgh.

He's probably an upgrade over our corners including Haden.

Seahawks make Richard Sherman’s release official

Posted by Charean Williams on March 9, 2018, 4:29 PM EST

The Seahawks officially released cornerback Richard Sherman.

The team released a statement thanking Sherman for his service:

“Thank you for helping win championships, shape our culture and define success in Seattle. We love you and your unwavering competitiveness, confidence and fierce passion for football and life. For that, you will always be a Hawk!”

Sherman could return to the Seahawks, who made the move for financial flexibility.

If he could be had for like $8m, I think he still could be like a poor man's Rod Woodson (when Woodson became a S).

He signed a 3 year deal with the niners. It's incentive heavy and could be worth up to 39.15 million.
