I just got done with Dan Rooney's book "Dan Rooney my 75 years with the Steelers and the NFL" by Masich n Halaas. Really good read but the reason I bring it up is Rooney preaches it takes a Village to win it all. In that aspect it's guys good at their job throughout the organization that are needed to hold up the Lombardi.
Rooney stated 4 elements needed to win it all...Quality organization, excellent coaches, player talent and also player closeness player chemistry.
