I was not aware that he had signed with anybody, but apparently, he retired due to a spinal injury:

Good luck to him.
He was never cut out to be a starter, but he was a pretty versatile and valuable role player for a few years.

Best of luck to Mr. Redman...glad he can still walk, and that he quit before he did any more damage to himself.

Looks like redzone redman is coaching kids. I never realized how bad that injury was.

If Redman hadn't said anything about playing with a concussion, he might have been IRd and still taken that paycheck. But, sometimes, when you exercise your freedom of speech to the wrong people, there are consequences...
