Adam Schefter ‏@AdamSchefter 1m (http://www.planetsteelers.com/AdamSchefter/status/316923909482098688) Cowboys plan to sign S Will Allen, who started eight games last year for Steelers.

Hopefully he gets a decent deal and washes the Gradkowski signing for comp purposes.

With Allen and Mundy now gone, the Steelers all but have to draft at least one safety this year.

Allen should have been a cheap re-sign. Hope the Steelers have a plan, because they're paper thin at safety, and they seem to be injury-prone.

Allen was a pleasant surprise when he replaced Troy and played well so it wasn't unexpected he would get an offer from another team.
With Both Allen and Mundy gone a golden opportunity is there for "Robert Golden " but yes we can be certain a safety will be drafted.

Hardly surprising...

He played for Monte Kiffin at Tampa Bay...
