This should be a throwback game. A reminder that Defense and controlling the LOS matters in the game.

I'll take a Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Manning, Ben any day. But today's game is a reminder that the pieces around the QB are just as important.

I am looking forward to some knockout blows tonight. Like a game from the 70s. This could turn out being really good for the game because it's a copy cat league. The more teams that play like the 49ers or Ravens will make the league better for the long run in spite of what Goodell is trying to accomplish.

Lit they play this game 70s style players will be fined more than they earn for playing in the game.

The other silver lining is in Ed Reed's hair. He looks like Ray Lewis' grandfather.

The silver lining is that this season is finally over when the clock strikes 0:00 and we can officially, truly, start prepping the roster for 2013.

It's kinda fun watching the 49ers not even block Ray Lewis and he still isn't making any plays.

Silver Lining- at halftime, only 30 playing minutes away from the post-Ray Lewis era..

i hope baltimore loses by a FG because of their fake FG fiasco. maybe that play works if harbaugh isn't such a douche and tries it earlier in the season when they're up a million points and didn't need to do it.

OH, good ... a halftime show.

Mister Pittsburgh

Time for SF to erupt for 21 unanswered points...

Jim Harbaugh is having a wardrobe malfunction.

Mister Pittsburgh

On the return there was a block in the back AND a 49er being hugged from behind by a Raven.

Power outage.... lights are out, and we can't hear Simms and Nantz! Maybe the Steeler Gods are looking down and this game will have to end in a tie.... lol... ok, maybe not...

The Beonce halftime show messed up the power.

SteelBucks

At least this shuts up Simms for the time being.

I would be an ass in this situation... its the SB and my team is on a role.

SteelBucks

I'd laugh my ass off if SF came back and won. John would have a breakdown...

DukieBoy

If SF wins, would it be mean if I gave a ravens fan at work a light bulb?

Nice of you to think of him, actually.

Mister Pittsburgh

One thing I really despise about the Ravens is the constant post play extra shoving, punching, yapping, whining, etc.

DukieBoy
02-03-2013, 10:49 PM
Their D takes alot of cheap shots at or after the whistle.

SteelBucks
02-03-2013, 10:51 PM
Niners need to hold them to 3 here

SteelBucks
02-03-2013, 11:04 PM
Gore would look good in the Black and Gold

DukieBoy
02-03-2013, 11:15 PM
Bolden pushes off the DB's alot, and did so big time on that come-back reception.

SteelBucks
02-03-2013, 11:24 PM
Not looking good....lets see if Kaepernick has another comeback in him

NorthCoast
02-03-2013, 11:25 PM
Steelers desparately need a WR like Boldin. Guy can ball.

SteelBucks
02-03-2013, 11:28 PM
As I said about Gore....

SteelBucks
02-03-2013, 11:36 PM
Shoot. The ravens fans are going to be unbearable tomorrow

DukieBoy

Flacco just made a lot of money. A FA with a championship under his belt.

Will Flacco's "success" this year increase Ben's motivation next year ? I thinki so.

Will the Raven's success spur the Steelers team to improve ? Not sure some of the young guys on this team really get it.

Did I hear correctly that the entire Niners OL played every snap this season??.... just wow!.... wonder what that would feel like for the Steelers?

Don't know but I'm ready to find out. Bring on the draft and training camp!

Have heard several times that they are all very well-conditioned athletes, in great shape. Seems alot of our big OL are carrying alot of spare pounds, and have some trouble staying in balance and on their feet when pass-blocking.

Let's see if Ben embraces the offense or pines away for Bruce.

Mister Pittsburgh
02-04-2013, 09:19 AM
Probably the latter.

I certainly hope not. If he takes that attitude into this season then he is going to piss away his final productive seasons. His bosses think this is best for him and they are probably right. Will probably extend his career a few seasons if he truly embraces it.
