I doubt that the overthrow by Charlie could have been caught, but from the camera angle that showed the replay, it looks like Wallace could have at least gotten a hand on it.

It's just another example of a lack of effort. And right after he blew the catch on the sideline. You'd think he would at least want it to appear he was trying so he could score a bigger contract when the Steelers let him walk.

I'll be glad when he is gone.

It was way over. He wouldn't have touched it. However he needs to catch the ball that hits both his hands.

The first one when he thought he was interfered with, was one he could have made an effort for.
Let's face it, we know why the Steelers didn't give him the $$$$$.
He's just a very fast above average WR in the NFL.
His body language on the field inspires no one and his lack of effort shows his immaturity.
Besides that, great win today...:tt2

The first time Wally showed signs of this was in the final drive of the SuperBowl that we lost to GreenBay. If we had just stuck with Santonio for one more year, we probably would have one more Lombardi.

If Wallace shows up for the playoffs and makes a few splash plays - he may yet get the payday he seeks.

Can't fault the Steelers too much for parting ways with Santokio. Three strikes and you're out.
