When you start dropping Joseph Decreaux, these no longer seem redundant.

So I look this guy up on Wikipedia and am totally confused by this part:

"Ducreux's self-portrait Portrait de l'artiste sous les traits d'un moqueur has become subject to internet popularity as part of an internet meme (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_meme) in which gangsta rap (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gangsta_rap) song lyrics and similar tropes are paraphrased in, and juxtaposed with, verbose, elevated or pseudo-archaic English (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_language) and overlaid on top of the portrait to create an image macro (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image_macro).[6] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Ducreux#cite_note-awlmeme-5)"

4. How many “starters” were out on defense? How many on offense? Why did any of us expect to win this game?

a lot of us didn't think we would win, but we now have to find another team to root for since we tried to be realistic.

shame on us, what were we thinking?

Pollyannas can be almost as tiring as guys like us ...
:)

I have no problems with Pollyannas whatsoever.

what annoys me are people who are judgemental towards others who don't feel the same exact way they do, whether that is in religion, politics or sports. to have a fellow poster and Pittsburgh Steeler fan suggest that I should find another team to root for because I dared to be realistic and make the correct pick in a prediction thread without having my Steelers blinders on at all times is what I find tiring...

and btw, I love your weekly threads and find them very entertaining. thanks for all the hard work you put into them. :Cheers
