If the Steelers don't win their 7th this year (which I sure as heck hope they do) and then they do make changes, if Turner is available would they ever make that switch with him as the new OC and get rid of BA?

When was the last time Turner had a great season as a coordinator? Isn't the last QB he worked with Alex Smith and he failed miserably. Phil Rivers hasn't been able to win the big game with Turner in charge.
Sorry, but I don't think this guy helps us.

I'll take Norv Turner in a heart beat.

Norv Turner keeps getting HC jobs because of his abilities to run an offense. I think he would be a terrific addition. If BA is going to retire as he has said - this would be a very slick and gracious way to make an upgrade.
turner WOULD be an upgrade. he's a crappy HC - but I'd be excited to see what he could do with Ben and our young money.

I concur- would NOT be a good matchup here in Pittsburgh. New system and all that. No thanks. The future OC is probably already on the team. (coaching staff)

Can we hire Norv right now and have him running the offense by the first playoff game?
Why is this even a subject? Arians isn't going anywhere is he?
The name I'm hearing... and I don't like it... is Raheem Morris, once he gets canned from his job. His players have OBVIOUSLY quit on him. But it seems he and Tomlin are buddies. Why would we want him, unless it was to coach the DBs. And in that case, we already have Carnell (a former STEELER), who I prefer anyway?
It doesn't seem like LeBeau's going away this year... yet that's the word I've heard on more than one occasion.

Norv did good work with Troy Aikman, I'd take him to work with Ben. I'll take a pass on Raheem Morris thank you.

Rumour has it Turner being pursued by the Jets.
Also rumour has it Ben recommended his best friends uncle for the job if Bruce retires.
