It's that time of year again!

Anyone know a good place to buy jerseys and related stuff?

PM if you prefer.

Thanks!

ebay?

My favorite seller is Steelerman78

its all autographed memorabilia type stuff, but I've gotten jerseys and helmets from him, and they are definitely authentic jerseys. (I know because I have plenty of knock offs to compare to)

The prices for auctions usually end up being pretty reasonable for what the items are.

I have also bought from Steelerman78. I bought an authgraphed Jack Lambert jersey for about $220. He sent me an authgraphed Mitchell & Ness Lambert Jersey. It came with pictures of Lambert signing a different type of jersey. An authentic Lambert Mitchell & Ness jersey is $300 by itself, without an authgraph. I questioned Steelers78 about the jersey and he claimed that it was authentic. I contacted Mitchell & Ness and emailed them photos. They confirmed that it was a counterfeit jersey. When I informed Steelers78 he blamed it on Lambert, saying something like, "I doubt Jack Lambert would sign a counterfeit jersey". As if Lambert knows what he is signing. Anyways I was refunded my money and he eventually got me the jersey I ordered.

Bottom line, he has good stuff. I believe all of the authgraphs are authentic. But he is a little shady.

I've gotten a Tyler Kennedy winter classic auto jersey from last year (the dark blue), a Polamalu auto mini helmet, and a Mike Wallace auto full size helmet...all for what I consider to be pretty darn good prices. The Kennedy jersey I have judged based on all the info I could find online about identifying fakes and I believe it to be real. IIRC, I got that one from his email list when he sends specials every couple weeks...I think it was $80 with free shipping after TK had some big goals to beat the Flyers last year. $80 for the jersey alone is a good deal, with the auto is awesome.

At least you ended up getting the jersey paid for to being with.

From my experience, just be careful with the wording of authentic.
Ex. A replica jersey is still an authentic one. It's real but not what they wear on the field

I always ask if it's the same jerseys they wear in the game

right...the word authentic can have lots of meanings

typically, I'm just happy as long as it actually is made by the company that it is supposed to be made by
