Bart Scott was talking about Mendy's first season and he credited himself with making up all the stuff about Mendy boasting he was gonna run all over Baltimore.
Scott said he thought his D needed some extra motivation that week and Mendy didn't say any of the stuff they said he was saying.
He apologized to Mendy. Felt bad he got Ray Ray so fired up to destroy him that game.
