Against teams like the Saints and Colts you have to resign yourself to the fact that they will score points.

Stop worrying about TOP and "keeping them off the field" and just run your offense.

Watching that 7-9 team carve up that secondary all I kept thinking about was how we wasted an entire freaking half trying to limit the Saints chances.

Just play the goddamn game.

Yeah I hate conservatism to, better not play that way if we go up against the Patriots again.

Our offense managed 3 pts in the first 3 quarters against the Patriots. The reason wasn't conservatism, as you say.

Yeah our wides couldn't catch TD passes either.

Yeah, last I checked, wide receivers were covered by the term "offense."

It's much easier to play your brand of football when the Saints aren't in their dome.

Granted seattle played lights out, but they benefited tremendously from
a saints defense that pretty much sucked.

There were too many missed tackles by the saints to count.

And, that CB or safety, whoever it was, for the saints who got stiff
armed into next week will never live that one down...

He had the pick 6 in the SB last year... He shouldn't have even been stiff armed, Lynch broke 3 tackles before he got to the CB.

That was just an awesome run...

So how is the DL's fault...I am more inclined to say that is a fault of BA....Unless of course he hands were tied, because all the old timers told him he had to run the ball...

Yoi...
