After seeing the replay and how long he was down I thought for sure his neck was broken. Unbelieveable that there was no penalty called. That had better get a 75K fine.

on tv they just said the NFL Head of Officiating admitted that there should have been a foul called on the Heath Miller hit.

well that makes me feel much better (sarcasim). i cant believe after both no calls that were personal fouls they call a horse $hit illegal procedure penalty on a 3rd down conversion

The only reason the Head of Officiating called with that admission? Because NBC ran the replay and Collinsworth pointed out that it should have been a foul. Otherwise, you would not have heard a peep.
